will your condo have a balcony or patio? Put out some bird feeders and you'll get alot of pretty wild life to watch...
unless of course you have an anal condo commity who don't allow such things... then you can put them up any way and have the fun of being the crazy bird woman who fights the condo board

No balcony or patio :/ One of the reasons I wasn't crazy about the condo to begin with.
weird, they usually do... well you can get bird feeders that sit outside a window
